Takuma Paul Kotaka

February 26, 1962 - June 29, 2018

Takuma Paul Kotaka, 56, of Clermont, Florida, passed away at Florida Hospital on June 29, 2018. He was born in Oakland, California and moved to Clermont 30 years ago from Ohio. He is predeceased by his father, Sadao Kotaka. Takuma is survived by his girlfriend, Karen Kolnick; daughter, Lane E. Kotaka; son, Reece T. Kotaka; mother, Hisako (Yuhara) Kotaka; along with many other family and friends. He will truly be missed.

Takuma was a member of the marching band from 1980 through 1984. He played flugelhorn in C-Row.
